JAKARTA – Seorang pekerja rumah tangga berinisial MH (32) harus berurusan dengan pihak berwajib setelah dokter di rumah sakit yang menangani pendarahannya menemukan sesuatu di alat kelamin MH. Dokter yang curiga langsung menghubungi Polisi hingga aksi aborsi yang dilakukan MH terungkap dan ditindak lanjuti.

MH sehari-hari bekerja di sebuah rumah majikannya di Kompleks Taman Resort Mediterania, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.

Dikutip dari Warta Kota, Kanit Reskrim Polsek Metro Penjaringan Kompol Mustakim mengatakan, perkara yang direkonstruksi pada Jumat (10/01/2020) kemarin itu penangkapan terhadap dilakukan pada 18 November lalu. Setelah proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan awal, polisi menetapkan MH sebagai tersangka.

MH disangka melanggar pasal 45A juncto pasal 77A UU nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak, subsider pasal 194 UU nomor 36 tentang kesehatan. Rekonstruksi digelar dengan menghadirkan tersangka dan beberapa orang saksi.

Aborsi pakai obat-obatan

MH (32), tersangka kasus aborsi menggunakan obat-obatan, juga memerintahkan temannya membuang janin ke tong sampah. Agar tak dicurigai, MH memasukkan janin berusia enam bulan itu ke dalam plastik hitam sebelum memerintahkan teman sesama asisten rumah tangga (ART), Halimah, membuangnya.

Halimah sendiri tidak tahu bahwa plastik hitam itu berisi janin. Ia hanya mengikuti suruhan MH untuk membuang plastik ke tong sampah di depan rumah tempat mereka bekerja. Aksi MH terungkap dalam rekonstruksi kasus yang digelar di lokasi kejadian, sebuah rumah di kompleks Taman Resort Mediterania, Pantai Indah Kapuk, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara.

Halimah sendiri dihadirkan sebagai saksi 1 dalam rekonstruksi ini. Di adegan 10, MH memeragakan bagaimana ia membungkus janinnya dengan menggunakan celana tidur. Lalu, setelah tertutup rapat, janin itu dimasukkan ke dalam plastik.

MH, sesuai adegan 15, lalu menyuruh Halimah membuang plastik hitam tersebut. Terungkap di adegan 16 bahwa Halimah yang tak mengetahui isi dalam plastik itu berjalan ke luar rumah. Halimah lalu menuju tong sampah dan membuang plastik tersebut.

“Saya nggak tahu isi dalam plastik itu,” kata Halimah di sela-sela rekonstruksi, Jumat (10/1/2020).

Kasus ini terungkap setelah MH dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Atma Jaya pada 18 November lalu. MH mengeluh dirinya mengalami pendarahan dan dibawa ke rumah sakit itu. Nyatanya, pengalaman dokter rumah sakit tersebut juga jadi kunci pengungkapan kasus ini.

Dokter melihat ada kejanggalan, di mana dari kemaluan MH yang mengalami pendarahan, terdapat sisa ari-ari. Pihak rumah sakit lalu menghubungi Polsek Metro Penjaringan. Polisi pun mendatangi rumah sakit dan memintai keterangan MH yang mengakui perbuatannya. Dari rumah sakit, polisi langsung menuju ke rumah tempat MH bekerja dan melakukan olah TKP.

“Ternyata benar bahwa dia habis melahirkan dengan cara memaksakan diri. Karena dia minum obat (menggugurkan kandungan), dia melihat di iklan online,” kata Mustakim.

MH disangka melanggar pasal 45A juncto pasal 77A UU nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perubahan atas UU 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak, subsider pasal 194 UU nomor 36 tentang kesehatan.

Di Kampung Sudah bersuami

MH (32), ART yang menggugurkan kandungan dengan obat-obatan di Penjaringan, sudah memiliki suami. Selain itu, dirinya juga sudah mempunyai seorang anak yang berusia enam tahun.

“Sudah punya (suami). Sudah punya anak satu,” kata MH saat rekonstruksi kasus di tempat kejadian, kompleks Taman Resort Mediterania, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, Jumat (10/1/2020).

MH mengaku saat ini sedang menjalani proses perceraian dengan suaminya. Hal itu juga dibenarkan Kanit Reskrim Polsek Metro Penjaringan Kompol Mustakim.

“Tersangka ini kan sebenarnya sudah punya suami. Suaminya itu mengajukan cerai tapi belum putus,” kata Mustakim selesai rekonstruksi.

Beberapa bulan lalu, di sela-sela proses perceraian, MH bertemu teman sekolahnya, DS. Gairah lama bersemi kembali. Kebetulan DS bekerja menjadi seorang Satpam di lokasi yang tak jauh dari MH bekerja.

Sejak pertemuan itulah DS menyetubuhi MH berkali-kali hingga hamil. MH yang malu dan dalam paksaan akhirnya menggugurkan janin yang berusia enam bulan.

“Hamilnya itu sama pacarnya (DS). Karena mungkin hamilnya sama pacarnya dan pacarnya itu nggak mau tanggung jawab, akhirnya malu. Ya digugurkan dengan cara dia membeli obat melalui online,” kata Mustakim.

MH menggugurkan janinnya pada 18 November lalu dalam rumah tempat dia bekerja sebagai ART di kompleks Taman Resort Mediterania, Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. MH mengaku meminum 12 butir obat-obatan serta memasukkan empat obat aborsi ke dalam kemaluannya supaya sang janin gugur.
