Sumber SUARABMI.NET – Perjuangan Erlinda membesarkan tiga anaknya benar-benar luar biasa. Lantaran keadaan dan tak punya pilihan, kini mereka tinggal di sebuah bekas pemandian umum. Lokasi ”rumah” itu berada di Kecamatan Siantar Timur, Sumatera Utara.

Kondisi yang sebenarnya sangat kontras di tengah gencarnya pemerintah berkomitmen meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Dalam situasi ekonomi yang sulit, Erlinda tak sanggup lagi menyekolahkan anaknya.

Dia bekerja serabutan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. Pekerjaan yang lebih sering dilakoninya adalah menjual koran di perempatan trafict light di Kota Pematangsiantar. Sebelum melakoni pekerjaan itu, Ibu tiga orang anak ini pernah merantau ke Negeri Jiran, Malaysia. Di Negeri tetangga itu, dia mengukir kisah yang pilu.

Ditemui, pada Ahad (15/12/2019), wanita ini bercerita tentang keluh kesah hidupnya. Lebih kurang satu dasawarsa Erlinda pernah menjadi TKI di Malaysia Di sana ia bertemu seorang laki-laki berkebangsaan Malaysia. Awalnya keduanya saling mengenal hingga jatuh hati dan akhirnya nikah siri ”Buah pernikahan kami tiga orang anak, diantara 1 laki-laki dua perempuan,” ungkapnya ditemui di kediamannya yang berlantai tanah.

Menjadi TKI Erlinda tak pilih-pilih pekerjaan. Asal bisa menghidupi keluarganya dan si buah hati. Namun perjuangan nya itu tak pernah dianggap oleh suaminya sendiri. Erlinda mengendang jika suaminya selalu menghina dan mencaci-maki dirinya. ”Apa pun akan saya kerjakan. Mau jadi tukang cuci, jualan koran, pembersih kamar mandi orang juga saya mau. Selagi masih halal dan bisa menghidupi keluarga,” sebut Erlinda.

Akhirnya pada tahun 2016 lalu, Erlinda memutuskan untuk pulang ke Indonesia dengan ongkos yang pas-pasan. “Kan aku dah ditalak kan sama suamiku, trus aku pulanglah ke Indonesia. Bawa ketiga anak-anak,” tutur dia. Setibanya di Kota pematangsiantar, dirinya terpaksa menjalani hidup dengan paspasan. Dia harus banting tulang setiap hari untuk menghidupkan ketiga anaknya. ”Untuk sekarang saya bekerja jualan koran.”

Kalau ada yang manggil buat bersihbersihkan kamar mandi di rumah orang,” imbuhnya. Tak ada modal, dia pun sempat berpindah tempat tinggal dan akhirnya memutuskan untuk menetap di sebuah bekas pemandian umum. Meski mengalami kesulitan ekonomi yang begitu mencekam, mirisnya, wanita kelahiran Kota Pematangsiantar ini belum pernah menerima bantuan dari pemerintah.

Baik itu Bansos, PKH, BPMT maupun KIS. ”Tidak adalah bantuan kepada kami, bagaimana mau dapat bantuan untuk mengurus surat-surat saja sudah bertahun-tahun tidak selesai-selesai. Setiap aku tanyakan jawaban hanya tunggu dan sabar apa mungkin karena aku ini rakyat miskin,” ujarnya.

Berencana untuk mendapatkan bantuan sosial pemerintah, wanita yang akrab disapa Erna ini juga mengakui pengurusan kartu keluarga pernah dipersulit oleh dinas terkait. Tak ada jalan keluar, akhirnya ia terpaksa memberhentikan anaknya dari sekolah yang sedang mengenyam pendidikan di kelas IV SD.

”Saya gak punya apa-apa, jadi gimana mau kasi anak sekolah, untuk makan aja pun susah. Saya berharap agar pemerintah, lebih mempermudah terkait surat-surat data kependudukan agar anak-anak ini bisa sekolah lagi,” harapnya.
