Semakin banyak peminat (PMI) Pekerja Migran Indonesia yang ingin bekera di Taiwan dari berbagai sektor namun sayangnya biaya yang kita siapkan sangat banyak, hingga para calon TKI sangat terasa berat bagi yang tidak mampu ingin menjadi calon TKI di Taiwan.

Pada Tahun 2019 ini menurut data jumlah TKI Ilegal semakin meninggkat dan hampir 50% TKI yang bekerja di Tiwan mereka menggunakan Visa turis, ada juga mereka menjadi calon TKI melauli prosedur dan resmi menjadi TKI namun endingnya menjadi ilegal hampir 60%, masalah ini dari segi job yang tidak sesuai dan lain sebagainya hingga menjadi TKI ilegal kaburan.

Sampai detik ini menjelang akhir Tahun 2020 yang akan datang calon TKI terus meninggkat, menggunakan Visa turis melalui calo-calo. Sebetulnya menjadi calon TKI melalui Visa turis itu sangat bahaya buat diri sendiri jangan sampai kamu menjadi calon TKI Ilegal, karena jika kamu datang ke Taiwan menggunakan Visa turis di sana kamu tidak ada jaminan seperti asuransi ketika kamu mengalami kecelakaan kerja.

Bukan itu saja seandainya kamu masuk ke rumah sakit tiba-tiba mempunyai penyakit di Tiawan majikan itupun tidak akan bertanggung jawab di tambah biaya rumah sakit sangatlah mahal sekali, jangan di samakan di Indonesia.

Faisal Soh sampai berbicara di Fanspage Facebook milik pribadinya mengatakan membahas Visa turis”, Saya bukan tidak bisa apply, saya tidak mau makan duit jerih payah orang! Apalagi didatangin untuk bekerja secara ilegal.  Visa visitor 30 hari? YA.. BENAR 30 HARI! dan saya hanya habiskan tidak lebih dari 1juta untuk permohonan visa calon istriku, ongkos capek calo! tiket PULANG PERGI palingan ya 7jt ada kembalian ( Pesawat china / eva ) ( Batik 5.6jt). KALO YANG WAIVER (VISA JEPANG) 14 HARI, NO DEPOSIT, LEBIH GAMPANG DAN PASTI LEBIH MURAH! HABIS PALING ONGKOS CAPEK CALO bbrp ratus ribu rupiah DAN TIKET! HKTUNG2 saja habis brp kalian yang datang lewat calo seperti mereka!SANGAT MENJIJIKAN DAN TIDAK BEROTAK!,” Tulisnya Faisal Soh

Postingan tersbut yang di katakan oleh (Faisal Soh) sampai viral di media Sosial Facebook, memang apa yang di katakan Faisal Soh itu sangat benar sekali dan bukti nyata.

Maka dari itu bagi para calon TKI yang ingin datang ke Taiwan berfikirlah panjang jangan langsung mengambil keputusan langsung karena kamu tidak tahu menjadi TKI Ilegal sangat berbahaya dan dilarang keras begitu juga akan merugikan diri sendiri bahkan Pemerintah Indonesia sangat melarangnya.

Menurut penyelidikan BMI Tiwan kita ketahui memang ada Agency yang nakal suka memberangkatkan anak calon TKI Tiwan dengan Visa turis, namanya Agency itu di mana-mana membantu TKI dan mengasih pengarahan dan menasehati bukan menjrumuskan tindakan hal yang tindak benar seperti Visa turis sesampai Tiwan di gunakan untuk bekerja, jangan uang saja yang dilihat Pemerintah Indonesia dan BNP2TKI masih diam untuk masalah ini jika melebihi dosis ambang (Visa tour) maupun (Visa Travelling) maka akan ada tindakan keras buat para Agency maupun calo nakal lainnya dan akan proses jalur Hukum yang ada sesuai Pasal 75 ayat 1 UU Nomor 6  Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian.
