Sumber SUARABMI.NET – Banyak perempuan yang kurang percaya diri ketika merasa dirinya gemuk. Alhasil, berbagai cara dilakukan, termasuk diet ketat yang kadang justru menyiksa. Tapi kini Moms yang merasa gemuk perlu tampil percaya diri dengan kondisi tubuh apa pun.

Sebab sebuah studi terbaru mengungkapkan bahwa pria lebih bahagia menikahi wanita gemuk daripada wanita kurus. Para peneliti juga menemukan pria dengan istri gemuk lebih mudah untuk tersenyum. Bahkan mereka juga lebih baik dalam menemukan solusi saat menghadapi masalah kehidupan.

Dr. Filemón Alvarado dan Dr. Edgardo Morales, peneliti dari departemen psikologi di National Autonomous University of Mexico, menemukan bahwa pria yang membina rumah tangga bersama wanita gemuk sepuluh kali lebih bahagia daripada menikahi wanita kurus.

Para peneliti tersebut mengatakan wanita bertubuh gemuk memiliki komunikasi lebih baik, sedangkan wanita kurus cenderung lebih pendiam dan kurang ramah bila dibandingkan dengan perempuan gemuk. Para pria justru mengaku menyukai lipatan lemak di tubuh sang istri.

Tidak hanya itu, para pria juga mengaku suka dengan payudara besar perempuan yang berisi. Dalam penelitian yang sama, pria juga tersenyum lebih banyak dengan perempuan bertubuh padat.

Bahkan beberapa dari mereka mengatakan tidak memiliki banyak masalah ketika menikah dengan wanita bertubuh ‘padat’.

Studi ini pun menyimpulkan wanita yang bertubuh berisi lebih mudah bereproduksi dan hamil.

Terlebih lagi ada data yang menemukan kalau wanita bertubuh berisi atau bahkan gemuk cenderung mempunyai lebih banyak anak daripada yang kurus.

Tentu saja gemuk di sini tetap menjaga kesehatan seperti pola makan yang teratur dan olahraga.

Tapi bagi para istri yang bertubuh kurus juga tetap bisa membahagiakan suami dengan caranya sendiri, lho.

Namun, studi ini memang mau melihat bahwa sosok suami sebenarnya tidak banyak mempermasalahkan bentuk tubuh.

Itu sebabnya para perempuan harus bersyukur dengan bentuk tubuh yang dimiliki dan tetap menjaganya agar selalu sehat. Yuk Moms tetap percaya diri dengan bentuk tubuh sendiri.
